How do I place an order?
The Seller makes it possible to place orders for the Goods available through the Online Store www.altosekura.com by means of an Order Form available at the Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
All prices shown in the Online Store are gross prices (VAT included) in Polish zloty or in the currency selected by the Customer. Prices do not include shipping costs. In order to place an order via the Order Form, the Customer selects the Goods available in the On-line shop, specifying the desired quantity and, if possible, indicating any desired characteristics of the ordered product.
After selecting the Goods (adding the Goods to the “cart” through the functionality available in the Online Store), the Client fills in the Order Form, providing therein the data necessary for the Seller to process the order. The Seller does not offer telephone sales. Upon receipt of an order, the Seller sends to the Customer, via e-mail to the e-mail address provided during order placement, a statement of order receipt which doubles as order confirmation. With the receipt of this message by the Customer the sales contract is concluded. The e-mail confirming the order contains the agreed terms and conditions of the sale, in particular the quantity and type of ordered Goods, the total price to be paid, including delivery costs and the amount of discounts granted (if applicable).
What is the lead time?
The Seller shall process orders in the order in which they are received.
The lead time of an order consists of order preparation, picking and packing and release of the Goods by the Seller.
The average lead time is 3 to 4 working days. In the case of Goods imported to a Customer’s individual order, the lead time may be from 5 to 30 working days. Digital orders are processed as soon as payment is received.
What are the shipping methods?
The online shop offers a selection of delivery methods: FedEX, TNT and GLS as well as on-site pickup by the Customer.
Any time needed for the delivery of the Goods to the Customer by the shipping method selected should be considered in the total lead time.
Orders are handed over for shipping only on working days.
Upon receipt, the Customer shall carefully check the condition of the packaging and its contents.
If any damage or other irregularities are found, the Customer should prepare a damage report in the presence of the delivery driver and notify the Seller. The Seller also offers the possibility to personally collect Goods from their warehouse at ul. Sportowa 20, 32-083 Balice upon confirmation and appointment.
Can a VRapp at Height digital product be returned?
Once the purchased training scenario within the app has been first launched, a refund is not possible.
A refund of up to 14 days is only possible if the scenario has not been launched.
Can payment be made in the Customer’s currency?
Payment methods such as PayPal and Stripe allow payment in various currencies.
